Usually 5–10 minutes. We generate 16 unique illustrations plus the cover — all powered by AI.
My PDF didn't download. What now?
Try refreshing the delivery page and clicking Download again. If it still fails, contact us with your book ID.
Can I get a refund?
If you're not happy with your book, reach out within 7 days and we'll make it right.
Can I change the child's name or story?
Each book is generated fresh. To change details, please create a new book from the home page.
